Position: Phlebotomist

Job Responsibilities:
- Collect blood specimens from patients of all age groups following proper phlebotomy
techniques. - Label, transport, and deliver specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner.
- Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout the collection process.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the phlebotomy area.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures strictly.
- Assist in managing inventory of phlebotomy supplies.
- Laboratory experience will be considered an advantage
- The employee may be required to work at any location and time as per the instructions of
the management.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum HSC (Science background preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology / Phlebotomy will be given
preference. - At least 2 years of practical experience in blood collection in a hospital or diagnostic
center.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 22–35 years.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
Negotiable as per institutional scale or based on discussion.
